Got a few issues straightened out on my F150 by Holiday. The entire service experience was excellent. From getting shuttle rides to and from work, being informed of any updates, to having the work done in a timely and professional manner. My service advisor was Cole and he did a great job. The entire process was great, from trade in to purchase.The dealership itself is nice and clean, well-organized. The staff, in my case Matt C. And Ruth, were easy to work with.
