We were "just looking" and Left with a 2014 Ford EdgeAfter being disenchanted by our 2008 Honda CRV we decided it was time to start looking... for once we were going to take our time and not rush into purchasing a new vehicle. From the moment we walked onto the lot Jason Inda was nothing short of e...xceptional. He was attentive, knowledgeable, personable and just a great guy. Even when he didn't know the answer, he'd find out for us without hesitation. Even when Holiday knew that we weren't committing at that time, the sales manager came out to introduce himself to us and chit chatted about life in general and not even our possible sale. I'll admit it, we walked out of the dealership without purchasing that first time. There was no pressure, no harassing calls, just a well stated follow-up letter letting us know that they valued us and would do what they could to help. After much consideration we decided it was the vehicle for us, we just didn't like the color. Let me tell you how Jason Inda blew us out of the water. Over a busy holiday weekend he busted his rump dealing with no less than 5 other dealerships to trade stock to get me EXACTLY what I wanted... he wasn't going to make me compromise on anything! In fact, he did this so well he get me more than I was asking for at the same price point. Now, thats impressive!! Between Jason & Chris Ingemann, we were give so many options to make this new vehicle affordable to our life style. We were offered a fair amount in trade and not made to feel like we were being taken for a ride (pardon the pun) at any time. I'll admit, I was nervous sitting down with Pat Collins to sign my hard earned cash away but he took his time, answered every question and quite honestly, talked me off the ledge a few times. I'm just truly impressed by everyone at Holiday... our previous dealer left a sour taste in our mouth by the issues with their service department after the sale. I have no fears of this at Holiday because of their stellar reputation in our community. We had recently purchased a vehicle from another dealership and we weren't getting what we needed from them, Jason Inda also took his time trying to help my husband with his issues and HE DIDNT EVEN SELL US THAT VEHICLE...if that doesn't say something about his character then I don't know what will. Thanks again to everyone for one of the easiest car purchasing experiences of my life... we will be back!
