New F-150Upon entry to the store we were pleasantly greeted by a receptionist who then quickly passed us onto a sales associate. It was noon time in the middle of the week, so Dave Witt listened to our purchase thoughts on wants and needs and very quickly showed us several vehicles they had that mi...ght be what we were looking for. It was nice to see a good variety of vehicles and options in so quick and friendly a fashion during a lunch break from work. We were out of there very quickly but set up a time to return after further thought. We returned a couple of days later on a Friday afternoon and obtained a new F-150 in a very painless and fast process. The no haggle price was very acceptable; the entire staff (both sales and finance) were very friendly, helpful, and informative; and there was no pressure to purchase at any time. I would highly recommend a visit to this dealership should you be looking for a new Ford product! Show more

Trade in and new purchaseProfessional, courteous, non-aggressive sales team that truly want to help you find what you want! Pricing is VERY reasonable. Best vehicle buying experieceCompared to other dealers, Holiday plays no "games", and immediately we felt their business model was more honest and transparent. They get right down to business. Assessed our trade-in quickly, AND offered an agreeable price. True Carfax reports are available online. T...hey only sell pre-owned vehicles with a clean record. Ask for Taylor Simons - she was great! And so was everyone we met there. We got very clear introductions to all the new features, and a follow-up call the next day. It was a 50 minute drive from home, and it was well worth the trip. Show more

Great experienceCar buying can be so intimidating. I really appreciated Robby and all the friendly folks at Holiday. Robby asked me questions and listened to my answers to help get me in a vehicle I love! I really appreciate the small things too...like cookies in the mail and a water in my cup hol...der. Thanks!
