Good , satisfied, personable serviceHoliday Automotive has always treated us very well. In our family we have purchased our last 5 vehicles from them. Service when needed has always been good, very satisfied with that as well. All staff is always very nice and seems to know what they are doing an...d knowledgeable. Very fair in dealing as well, as we do look around/shop when we trade in vehicles and Holiday has always exceeded trade in value's to other dealerships. We we recommend Holiday Automotive ! Purchased CPO 2015 F150I was pleasantly surprised to deal with a courteous, no pressure sales staff. They called me back promptly to answer a few questions I had regarding the truck I was interested in. When I arrived to look at the vehicle, they had it in a heated garage so I could take my time and... not stand outside in the freezing weather. All the features of the truck were explained to me before my test drive. They let me take it for a test drive without having a sales person ride along. That is very important to me. I was skeptical about doing business with a dealership that does not "haggle." They did not have the price set artificially high like most dealerships. The price was fair for the exceptional condition of the vehicle. I can highly recommend Dave Olson in sales and Jordyn Schalk in finance for a most pleasurable vehicle purchase experience! Phil S. Very professionall and easy to work withWe are very pleased with the services provided to us. Jordyn and David were both very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They made the truck buying experience fun and made sure the truck that we purchased had everything that we wanted and needed. Jordyn... had everything ready for us and was well organized. Great customer serviceWe could not have been happier with the customer friendly atmosphere at Holiday Ford. Great car buying experience! R&DWe wish more dealerships were like holiday auto. The whole car buying experience was surprisingly enjoyable for once.
